Tan, a UK born Commercial Financier and former investment banker, has successfully arranged funding structures for the most complex lending scenarios. He has a sound understanding of highly complex banking models and has concluded more than $1,7Billion in transactions.
Tan is a UK qualified financial advisor and attended De Monfort University in the UK where he majored in Software Engineering.
He has worked for Barclays Bank as a corporate manager and for HSBC as Investment Banker.
Tan has been instrumental in the development of highly complex residential, student housing and commercial assets, both in the UK and in Florida. He has an extensive knowledge and understanding of the whole development cycle, from both a financing and a construction perspective.
He is also still serving as Chief Executive offer of Federal Finance.
